Sussex Police has joined forces with the Suzy Lamplugh Trust to support National Stalking Awareness Week, which starts on Monday 24 April.
Rachel Griffin, Chief Executive of the Trust, and Detective Superintendent Jason Tingley talk about the importance of victims getting the right response from the start.
With additional training for specialist officers to give guidance and support, officers, now more aware of the crime and its impact on victims, are working alongside partners every day to help keep people safe.
If you are being stalked or harassed it is important that you report it. Reporting it early will assist us in protecting you.
