A long walk in the Lake District, 18 miles in total. Parking at Troutbeck Church bridge, following the Garburn Road up to Yoke and then accross to Ill Bell, Froswick, High Street, The Knott then back to Thornthwaite Crag, Caudale Moor and finishing off at Troutbeck Tounge.
